The House and Grounds
A few weeks before we bought Ruston House, in February 2013, it looked very much like the Google Street View image seen here.
It was arranged that all the St George's Fishery signs would be removed on completion of the contract.
Ruston House comes with the freehold of both the red and green outlined areas outlined on the image below, some 2.7 acres in all.
The 11 holiday cottages within the green outline are held on 999 year leases by a number of owners. There's more about the cottages in the Original Post on the blog that, when written, was embedded in a web site which it was hoped would help the cottage owners promote their properties.
